Philosophy

My Philosophy on health is very simple.


My core belief is that you are the one who knows what’s best for you.


I strongly believe in the holistic health model. That is, caring for the whole person—body, mind, emotions, relationships, environment, and sense of purpose—because these parts interact.


I believe that true health comes from within. Each individual already holds the wisdom to know what is best for their body, mind and spirit. My role as a men’s health coach is not to dictate, but to guide, helping men reconnect with their bodies, listen to their inner voice, and make choices that align with their unique needs and goals.


By fostering self-awareness, balance and accountability, I empower men to discover their own true north—the path that leads them towards strength, vitality and fulfillment. Health is not about following a rigid formula; it is about cultivating a deep connection with yourself and honouring the knowledge your body already provides.


There are no shortcuts, only self-control, discipline and hard work.

The Process

  1. 15 min free consult via phone, to see if I’m the right fit for you and your journey.
  2. Fill in and send back the brief general health questionnaire.
  3. Book the initial 1 hr consult, where we discuss your current state of overall health, including stress and other blockages from the past. Then we identify your main health needs, and set some attainable goals to start you on your path to regaining optimal physical and mental health.
  4. Book further 30 min consults at intervals based on your needs, at your discretion.
  5. I work with a range of natural therapists including, but not limited to Nutritionists, Acupuncturists, Myo therapists, Naturopaths, Psychologists and meditation teachers, and will refer you on for more specialist support where necessary. Again, at your discretion if you so choose.

About Me

Your Name

8 years ago, after battling drug addiction on and off for 20 years, I finally started my journey towards a clean healthy life, and I turned things around by diving deep into what it takes to live with full energy and laser focus.


Having thought I was in the clear, life threw me a curve ball when I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer of the bladder in late 2024, which forced me to dig deeper in my commitment to be as healthy as I could, and have the energy to do all the things I wanted to do. Gladly, I am now cancer free, and never take my health for granted.


I have worked as a personal trainer for the last 8 years, and have been training in gyms for 35 years now, and have a strong knowledge of a range of different training outcomes, including weight loss, muscle growth, fitness, flexibility and mobility.


I eat a strict wholefoods diet, full of good free range and organic foods including a variety of meats, fish, fruits and vegetables, nuts and herbs.


I am a twice daily meditator in the Vedic meditation style, and attribute my focus, calm and solid mind solely to my mindfulness practice which helps me stay stable in rough waters. My practice keeps me grounded and connected to the wonder of something greater than myself.

Weekly Guided Meditation via Zoom

This is a 30 min session via Zoom, where we set aside time for ourselves to rest, let go of the day, stop thinking about tomorrow, learn to listen to our bodies and be present in the moment.

Monthly Weekend Bushwalk or Beach Walk

This is a chance to get out and tune in to nature, and enjoy fellowship with other like-minded men, who have similar interests in optimising their health and being the best version of themselves.
